General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan (Komandos), a participant of the Artsakh war, believes that once hostilities resume, Armenia will win the war.

"I do not have the slightest doubt that this time we shall win. At first we shall encounter certain difficulties but in the end we shall win as we once did in the Artsakh war," he said.
The famous general, who survived the Artsakh war, says Azerbaijan's recent sabotage is the indispensable component of the country's propaganda, by which Azerbaijan is trying to create an atmosphere of fear in Armenia.

"They want to show that they are ready for war. This is a great program, a mechanism of propaganda realized through armed forces. But we have already given them a worthy response," said Ter-Tadevosyan.

Among the reasons behind the recent attacks, the general pointed out to Azerbaijan's attempts to suppress ethnic minorities living in the territory of Azerbaijan and predispose them against Armenia.

"To this end, Azerbaijan urges national minorities to unite in the fight against Armenia," he said reminding that most of the victims in the Artsakh war were representatives of these national minorities.

As Komandos noted, Azerbaijan is arming its army for two purposes; in order to return Artsakh and to frighten Armenians. But, as he stressed, Azerbaijan is not yet ready for war.
