Ara Minasyan lobbying?
Even though Minister of Health Harutyun Kushkyan continues to go to work as the acting minister, passions are still flaring for the office of the health minister.
Now, rumor has it that Head of the Hematologic Center Ara Minasyan is the new candidate. The latter is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK).
Members of the HHK Ara Babloyan and Rector of Yerevan State Medical University Derenik Dumanyan are also among the candidates.
Rumor has it that Head of the St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center, Serzh Sargsyan's in-law Ara Minasyan is busy lobbying for Derenik Dumanyan since he wants to become Rector of Yerevan State Medical University.
"There is no such thing," said Ara Minasyan. When asked whether he didn't want to become the rector, Minasyan said: "No, I don't. Even if I wanted to, I'm not in that," said Serzh Sargsyan's in-law.
When asked who he saw as the new Minister of Health, Ara Minasyan said: "I don't know. I can't say. There are many worthy people."
"A1+" also asked whether Ara Minasyan saw himself as the minister or not, to which he said he didn't.
