NA Speaker responds to residents
Hovik Abrahamyan, Speaker of the Armenian Parliament (National Assembly) has answered the open letter of a group of Yerevan residents.
"Dear residents of Tumanyan, Nalbandyan, Sayat Nova and Avag Petrosyan streets.
"Let me assure you again that irrespective of all rumours and allegations I am in no way linked to the construction underway in the address mentioned in the letter. Nor do I know the company in charge of the construction.
Sharing you concerns I hurry to inform you that I have talked to Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan on the matter. The latter informed me that he had a meeting with your representatives to discuss the dire situation at the given address. As Margaryan said he had reached a clear agreement with you," the NA Speaker said promising u to follow the developments in the future.
