HAK activist sees contradiction in case material
The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan's Kentron and Nork-Marash today continued the trial in the case of opposition activists who faces charges of assault and hooliganism. At the stage, the Court is examining the evidence.
Tigran Arakelyan, the main defendant at the bar, said there was contradiction in connection with the scene since different locations were mentioned in the case material.
Tigran Arakelyan was taken into custody on August 9, 2011, after a standoff with police in a Yerevan park. He was detained with six other activists of the Armenian National Congress who were later released on bail. Arakelyan is still in custody.
