Clinton came and commanded?
Member of the Social-Democratic (Hnchakyan) Party Gurgen Yeghiazaryan on the visit of the U.S. Secretary of State
"A1+": Did Clinton come to prepare the return of the liberated territories?
Gurgen Yeghiazayan: Armenia is a country where Clinton could come and give a command. Clinton couldn't come to a country and command the legitimate president. In the condition of absolute corruption, the head of state that distributes sums to 200,000 people can be subject to and will do anything that is commanded. Having a majority in parliament through bribes makes others come and give commands, and they simply smile.
"A1+": If we go along with your logic, the processes won't continue until the 2013 presidential elections?
G. Y.: Everything will be clearer because Armenia has sung all the songs and danced to all the tunes. This recent widespread corruption put an end to Armenia's domestic and foreign policy.
