Kocharyan to speak?
Will Robert Kocharyan run in the 2013 presidential elections?
"I think you will still have a chance to ask him that question," said Kocharyan's press speaker Victor Soghomonyan, without giving a clear answer to whether the ex-president was preparing to give a press conference or not.
In his last interview, Kocharyan hadn't ruled out his return to politics.
