Arsenyan doesn’t want to be a governor
"A1+" asked deputy from Vayots Dzor, owner of Jermuk Group Ashot Arsenyan whether he had been offered the office of governor of Vayots Dzor province or not.
"No, I haven't received any offer," said Arsenyan, adding that if there was such an offer, he would accept it.
"I'm a National Assembly deputy. I don't make laws, but I love to be a deputy."
We remind that governor of Vayots Dzor, member of Prosperous Armenia Party Sergey Bagratyan filed his appeal for resignation to the RA Prime Minister yesterday. Governor of Gegharkunik province Nver Poghosyan also filed his appeal for resignation last Thursday. During the upcoming session, the government will discuss their resignations and might appoint new governors. The candidates for the office are being discussed.
