Azerbaijani oil: A blessing or a curse?
One cannot rule out the resumption of hostilities, Giro Manoyan, Director of the ARF bureau's Hay Dat and political affairs office, told a news conference on Friday.
"Oil likes peace: its blessing will become a curse in case of war. On the other hand, Azerbaijan is not ready for war because they are not certain of their victory. But their crazy armament, the announcements made by Azerbaijani government, as well as ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani side may stir up hostilities against Azerbaijan's will," he said.
