A metal-concrete panel fell at V. Sargsyan Street 5 at 15:03 on May 31.
A rescue crew left for the scene and found that Misha Khachatyan (born in 1953) had died as a result of the collapse.
At 15:55, rescuers brought his body out of the ruins and handed it to the ambulance.
