Sargsyan accepts resignation
Serzh Sargsyan today issued a decree on the resignation of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
The President of the Republic of Armenia, guided by Article 55 (4) of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, accepting as a basis the procedure for organizing the activities of the Government of the Republic of Armenian and other state authorities subject to it as established in decree NH-174-N of 18 July 2007, as well as taking into account the fact that the first session of the newly elected National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia was held on 31 May 2012, has decided to accept the resignation of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
