Hmayak Hovhannisyan wants to be impartial
Political scientist Hmayak Hovhannisyan, who was the 9th on the party list of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), accounts his withdrawal for next year's presidential elections.
"As a political scientist and President of the Union of Political Analysts, I have tried my best to be unbiased and objective in my analyses. Since presidential elections are more important for the future of the country than parliamentary ones, I decided that I cannot be bound or constrained by the viewpoint of the party or my teammates," said Mr. Hovhannisyan.
