Gagik Jhangiryan: “Revolution is still in effect”
"The people are capable of anything to establish power," member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Gagik Jhangiryan told "A1+" in response to the question of whether revolution was still in effect.
Jhangiryan says the restoration of constitutional order is still part of the HAK's plan. However, is it likely to start a revolution unconstitutionally?
"Anything that the people do is constitutional," says Jhangiryan, assuring that the Constitution provides the people with that opportunity since that is "the only source for power".
"The people can have command of the elections, just through rallies and other measures," assures the HAK member.
