New judges appointed in NKR
On 21 May, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to appoint David Avanesyan and Karen Melkumyan judges of First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, Artsakh President's Press Office reports.
