"The decision to form a coalition is not up to us. We have expressed our view and the people are aware. Now it is up to the other political parties to express their views as well," Vice-Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) Galust Sahakyan told journalists after the HHK executive body's session today.

"We have neither made a proposal nor pressured. We simply tell political parties that this is the course that we are taking. Political parties are either pro-government or part of the opposition. Now it is up to the political parties to choose which path they will take," mentioned Sahakyan.

In response to "A1+"'s question of which political parties the HHK will be working with, Galust Sahakyan mentioned that the HHK still hadn't held any consultations with the political parties that are in parliament "because all political parties are still making decisions for themselves".

We remind that earlier Galust Sahakyan had confirmed rumors that HHK leader Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with leader of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gagik Tsarukyan to discuss the agenda of interior political developments yesterday.
