President hands awards
On 17 May President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook in a solemn event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the liberation of Berdadzor sub-district villages in the Shoushi region.
The Head of State laid a wreath at the memorial of the Berdadzor people perished in the Artsakh Liberation war and handed state awards to a group of freedom fighters for the courage shown during the military actions.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR officials, guests from Armenia and Diaspora partook in the event.
