Vigen Khachatryan: “Perversion in terms of content”
Republican Razmik Martirosyan is certain that there was spirit of competition during the National Assembly elections.
"All the political parties had equal opportunities to present their viewpoints and programs to the public."
Martirosyan suggests that everyone think of how four parties barely garnered 5 percent through competition.
Former MP Vigen Khachatryan says it is crystal clear why there was no competition.
"I entered 50 communities and was amazed at how people were pursued to have this or that opinion."
"What's competitive in Armenia is participation in the elections. The electoral process will be stopped for the next four years," said Khachatryan.
Khachatryan specifically said the authorities set a ban on freedom of opinion for four years and then let people vote after four years. "Everything has been perverted in terms of content."
Vigen Khachatryan clarified that there was an anti-monopoly commission and a commission for price regulation, but there was no economic competition in terms of content, and the same goes for the elections.
