"The Republican Party of Armenia has 75 seats. Well, 69, but 75 with the "Country of Law" Party (OEK). It's like the saying in the famous Armenian film, "When they say Murad, they mean Arus as well"," this is how election technologies expert Armen Badalyan analyzed the parliamentary elections at "Hayatsk" Press Club today.
He advised not asking why the opposition garnered 7% of the votes "because we don't know how many people actually participated in the elections."
