Stepanakert has new kindergarten
On May 16, President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook at a groundbreaking ceremony for a new kindergarten in Stepanakert.
Bako Sahakyan underlined the importance of construction of a preschool institution that meets modern standards, considering it a good basis for the development, upbringing and proper organization of leisure time for the rising generation.
The Artsakh President expressed his gratitude to the philanthropist Seyran Karapetyan for financing the construction," Artsakh President's press service reports.
