Tsarukyan has not submitted application yet
Hmayak Hovhannisyan, who participated in the May 6 parliamentary elections on the proportional ticket of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), does not know yet whether he will become a Member of Parliament or not.
He says the party has not specified its goals which will clarify whether Hmayak Hovhannisyan will enter parliament or not.
"BHK Leader Gagik Tsarukyan will make his decision concerning my or Vartan Oskanian's membership based on the efficiency of the team in case Oskanian and I express our positions towards the reasonability of the coalition," says the chairman of the Union of Politicians.
Mr. Hovhannisyan says as the Republican Party of Armenian (HHK) took the majority of seats in parliament, consequently there cannot be any coalition as such.
"The HHK will take the responsibility to form a government, and by entering into a coalition with other parties it will try to disguise the responsibility,' he said.
Hmayak Hovhannisyan also said he is not going to join the BHK in the future.
