"They wanted to keep away from trouble"

Unlike the elections of 2007 and 2008, this time the elections were skillfully organized and well imitated. They had elaborated a good scenario and had all grounds to imitate that press gave free and unbiased coverage of the elections. They really succeeded in their endeavours, President of A1+ Company Mesrop Movsesyan told a press conference on Friday.

Asked why media became so easy to control, Mr Movsesyan said, "The first factor was the atmosphere of fear. Second, they pursued their own interests and wanted to stay out of trouble and pressure. Finally, many of them wanted to earn money in an easy way without extra problems."
