Ballots “went” to HHK headquarters
On May 4, just two days before the elections, an encashment car transferred the ballots at precinct N 40 to Noyemberyan.
The encashment officers entered Noyemberyan and called head of the electoral commission at precinct N 40 Gagik Abovyan. The car came late, and Gagik Abovyan called again. It turned out that the encashment car had parked in front of the headquarters of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) in Noyemberyan.
