Protocols weren’t falsified?
There are claims of stuffings and falsification of protocols in the preliminary conclusion of the OSCE/ODIHR and PACE observers.
Head of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, member of the executive body of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) David Harutyunyan says:
"They had to be aware of our legislation. Yes, a protocol can change and that is very clearly regulated by the law and doesn't cause any doubts over why the protocol has to change. If that is what they are referring to, I disagree with them. In all other cases, if there is a case of falsification of a protocol, they can appeal for recount. Currently, there are some appeals for recount, and those inspections will shot what has happened."
