Prosecutor General’s Office proceeds with 84 reports
During the May 6 parliamentary elections, at 23:00, the RA Prosecutor General's Office proceeded with 84 reports, of which 20 were received through the hotline of the RA Prosecutor General's Office, and 50 are proceeding as a result of monitoring conducted by mass media outlets.
After the discussion, three criminal cases were instigated, including two under Article 1542 and one under Article 316 (1) of the RA Criminal Code.
Clarification has been given for one of the messages, one has been sent to the Central Electoral Commission for discussion and inspections continue in relation to 79 messages.
