“Heritage” winning in Kentron district
The last voter at precinct N 10/24 stationed at the Journalists' Home showed up at 19:58 and voted.
The doors closed and the count began right after the voter left. Proxies and observers from non-governmental organizations also joined the head of the electoral commission Koryun Mkrtchyan and the 7 members of the commission during the count.
"Heritage" Party's representative and the Armenian National Congress's (HAK) proxy were discontent with the accumulation of voters throughout the day, but it seems as though they calmed down and counted the votes.
The count continues. At 22:45, "Heritage" Party was winning at this polling station.
