“There have been double votes”
Statement of the "Armenia without Electoral Fraud" civil initiative:
Several citizens of the Republic of Armenia who have participated in the elections sound the alarm that the oxidizing stamps in their passports disappear after several finger movements. This measure allows election falsifiers to vote two and more times.
At the same time, there are alarms that the voters brought from the provinces are voting at the polling stations in the Arabkir district of Yerevan.
We call on the united headquarters overseeing the elections, the Central Electoral Commission, local and international observation groups and other corresponding bodies to focus on these facts.
