HCAV: "No measures are taken to prevent bribery in elections"
On May 5 and 6. the Helsinki Citizens' Assembly-Vanadzor Office has received numerous calls about bribe giving. HCAV representatives were quick enough to respond to the calls. However, the moment our employees arrived at the site, briber-givers disappeared.
The police took no measures to record the fact.
HCAV has been receiving calls on election machination from other provinces as well.
