Before the press conference, President of the Central Electoral Commission touched upon the stamps that are disappearing earlier than usual and said those stamping the passports haven't shaken the ink well before stamping.
Tigran Mukuchyan informed that out of the 1,982 polling stations, 7 have been set up at penitentiaries. All polling stations, except for the polling stations at penitentiaries, have been open since 8 a.m.
