The stamp verifying that Head of "A1+" Mesrop Movsesyan voted at polling station 9/12 stationed in school N 42 disappeared from Movsesyan's passport just minutes after he cast his vote.

The Armenian National Congress (HAK) also reports that citizens say the stamp that appeared in their passports at some polling stations was cleaned after 15 minutes, even though the ink was supposed to be oxidized after 12 hours.

There have also been alarms in Gyumri, Vanadzor, Yerevan, Meghri and Hrazdan.

"I have information from polling stations in Gyumri according to which the ink of the stamp in the passports runs out in 20-30 minutes. The polling station 34/18 has decided to stop the vote for 20 minutes. At 08:50, the polling station called the CEC, which assigned the station to continue with the vote regardless of the fact that the ink was running out. The vote at that polling station continues," says President of "Asbarez" Press Club in Gyumri Levon Barseghyan.
