Just the fact that Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) will also be appealing to the Constitutional Court goes to show that the solution of the issue will favor the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), that is

1. The so-called Headquarters will continue to be inactive, especially under these conditions of unprecedented massive violations,
2. The BHK will have a higher rating as an oppositionist party, which will lead to influence on the results of the vote,
3. There will no longer be a chance to see the lists that were signed and make references.

Without attaching importance to who put on a "democratic" show of appealing to the Constitutional Council, I only recall that such an absurd initiative was undertaken during the discussion on the draft of the Electoral Code when the oppositionists declared that the signed lists had to be released.

For months, they forgot about that issue and didn't even respond to the CEC's decision that set a ban on the rights of observers and proxies (Articles 31 and 33 of the EC).

If they worked reasonably, they could have reached the point where the voters of the given polling station could also have the opportunity to see the lists. What else did they need?

According to the RA Constitution, the release of signed lists can justifiably be viewed as a violation of human rights, which is established in the rule book of the Venice Commission and will continue to be defended by the structure led by the President of the Constitutional Court-a member of the Venice Commission.

The only thing I regret is the time that has been lost, and as a result, the severe consequences of the Headquarters' inactivity.
