Parliament session postponed due lack of quorum
Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Samvel Nikoyan had to postpone the NA session due to lack of quorum.
According to Article 44 (item 5) of the RA Law "On Rules of Procedure of National Assembly," registration of deputies continues for three hours after which the session can be adjourned because of lack of quorum.
