President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on Tuesday to award Mesrop Mashtots medal to the Chief of the General Staff of Armenian Armed Forces, Colonel General Yury Khachaturov in connection with his 60th anniversary.

Khachaturov was awarded for his services rendered to the NKR Artsakh Republic.
