According to Article 8 (3), (4) an d(7) of the RA Electoral Code, those wishing to be included in the additional list of voters that are registered in another district and will be in another location on the day of the elections, and those citizens wishing to be included in the additional list of voters that don't have registration in the Republic of Armenia and will be in another location on the day of the elections, as well as voters that are in temporary compulsory military service or are servicemen undergoing drills and wishing to be included in the list of voters that have been temporarily released from military service by the order established by the law and are in their permanent residence, can appeal to the authorized body no later than 7 days before the day of the elections. The deadline is April 29, 2012.
Taking that into account, RA Chief of Police, general-lieutenant Vladimir Gasparyan has assigned the territorial passport services to organize activities so as that the citizens are able to exercise their above mentioned rights on April 29, 2012.
We ask citizens to appeal to territorial passport services exclusively with issues related to inclusion in the additional list of voters.
