Citizens ripping Tsarukyan’s photos
Citizens have been damaging and ripping the election signs posted by leader of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gagik Tsarukyan in Yerevan and other cities across the nation, reports BHK member, deputy candidate Elinar Vardanyan.
According to her, the BHK activists are posting the signs again, but they are ripped in a couple of hours.
"It is clear that this is guided. I call on the police to pay attention to this and identify those ripping the signs in a short amount of time. I also call the local and international observers' attention to this illegal act and look forward to receiving a response.
This guided act serves as grounds to think that some people are panicked when they see photos of Gagik Tsarukyan. These actions unquestionably can't hurt the BHK's and Gagik Tsarukyan's reputation and high ratings, but that doesn't serve as grounds for the corresponding bodies to shut an eye on these actions," says Elinar Vardanyan.
