The political council of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) yesterday discussed the rules ensuring civilized competition during the upcoming elections. The BHK political council informs that the mentioned rules are important for the party since they are called for ensuring civilized competition between the political parties participating in the elections with the purpose of holding free and fair elections.
