OSCE/ODIHR EOM issues interim report
The Election Observation Mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic institutions and Human Rights has issued the second interim report on the election campaign in Armenia.
"The Observation Mission has recorded cases of violation of the Election Code. In particular, pupils and teachers have been instructed with participate in the campaign meetings of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK). Leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gagik Tsarukyan donated tractors to several provinces, denying any political motives behind the move," reads the report.
