Levon Ter-Petrosyan was not allowed to go to Meghri
Armenia's First President and leader of the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK) Levon Ter-Petrosyan did not meet with voters of Armenia's southern Meghri city (Syunik province).
The HAK leader reportedly spent the night in Kapan and is presently returning to Yerevan due to some health problems connected with blood pressure. Doctors advised the country's first leader against passing Meghri Pass.
On April 24, Levon Ter-Petrosyan did not participate in a march in commemoration of victims of the Armenian Genocide.
