During a meeting with citizens of Sisyan, member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Nikol Pashinyan asked them if they knew who the deputy candidate running at precinct N 37 was, to which the citizens replied "Tatul, Varazdat" and other names.

Nikol Pashinyan informed them that it was Serzh Sargsyan's brother, Sashik, and tried to find out whether any of them had even seen Sashik at a 10 or 50 meter distance, to which the citizens gave a negative response.

"Your negative response gives an evaluation of his work," said Nikol Pashinyan.

There were quite a lot of people at the HAK's meeting in Sisyan.

HAK leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan recalled the slogan of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) "Let's Believe to Change" and said the people didn't believe in Serzh Sargsyan because they don't believe in Satan. He noted that they say only 34 percent of Armenia's population is poor.

"Are the rest rich?" asked Levon Ter-Petrosyan and added that only one percent of the population is rich, and that percent is richer than the entire population of Armenia. He also recalled a statement made by Sargsyan when he said  "We won't sell Armenia" and clarified that "they wouldn't sell the country since they have already made a wholesale purchase".

During a meeting with voters in Goris, Levon Ter-Petrosyan expressed concern over the low number of voters participating in the meeting.

"Are the citizens of Goris afraid? These authorities will step down, and I would like to see the residents of Goris have their share of the victory."

Ter-Petrosyan also recalled that the authorities had been tricking the people for the past 14 years and that the people could trick the authorities once by taking the electoral bribes and voting for the HAK.
