Harutyun Arakelyan expelled from HRAK
The Democratic Liberal Party of Armenia (HRAK) recently convened its XXII Congress at the Tekeyan Centre in Yerevan.
During the meeting, HRAK ex-chairman Harutyun Arakelyan was expelled from the party for selling the party's property.
The participants also elected a new board.
