Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to award President of Carnegie Corporation of New York Vartan Gregorian with a Mkhitar Gosh medal for his significant contribution to the reinforcement of Motherland-Diaspora ties and his long-term pro-Armenian activity, President's Press Office reported.
