U.S. President Barack Obama didn't use the term "genocide" once again in his April 24 address to the Armenian American community and simply said the following: "I have expressed my position on the events of 1915 several times and my position remains unchanged. The full-fledged and overt acceptance of the facts is in our interests.

We can't move forward without accepting the facts. We appreciate the Armenians and Turks that are already on that path and hope the number of those Armenians and Turks will increase and they will take the step with my support and the support of their governments," declared the U.S. President.
