Sudan declares war
During a visit to China, President of South Sudan Salva Kiir has declared that the Sudanese government has declared a war against his country, reports FransPress.
"And this is happening at an extremely difficult period for the Republic of South Sudan when our neighbors in Khartum have also declared a war against us," said Kiir.
Yesterday President of Sudan Barnaba Marial Benjamin visited the South Kordofan's Heglig city, which has become an apple of discord between Sudan and South Sudan due to petroleum and where 1,200,000 people have died during the conflict that began as a result of lack of understanding.
After that, Benjamin declared that he had won South Sudan and compared the latter's leaders with insects.
China is the rejected Sudan's main ally. After South Sudan broke away from Sudan in 201, China is now forced to maintain balanced relations with both countries.
