Minister withdraws from election race
Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan, who is running in the single-mandate constituency No 25, has withdrawn his candidacy.
He has already submitted application to the Central Election Commission (CEC) for withdrawing his candidacy, Spokesperson for the Rule of Law Party (OEK) Harutyun Amiryan said.
Vardanyan's rivals at the constituency are non-partisan Mushegh Harutyunyan, Hovsep Galstyan, Prosperous Armenia party (BHK) member David Kocharyan and Armenian National Congress (HAK) candidate Sasun Mikayelyan.
