Leader of "Heritage" Party Raffi Hovhannisian chose an original way of holding the election campaign during a meeting with residents of Nork district today.

He was simply walking on the streets of Nork, greeting passers-by, talking with them, entering stores and stands, wishing stores good customers and good elections. Everyone knew Raffi Hovhannisian since he lives in Nork district.

Raffi Hovhannisian said he loved walking on the streets of Nork district and he had tried to take advantage of it during the election campaign.

"This short meeting is appreciable. I could have refused to do it because our approach is to be natural and straightforward. I will try to reach Davtashen and Ajapnyak districts," assured Hovhannisian.

Members of the headquarters of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) were following up on the "Heritage" Party leader's meeting from a distance and avoided answering "A1+"'s questions.

Raffi Hovhannisian gave several political evaluations related to "Heritage" Party's activities and particularly the reasons behind the party's refusal to participate in the activities of the unified public control headquarters. "We will collaborate with as many structures and headquarters as possible, but we don't have the time and resources to do something that we're not doing together."

Hovhannisian said he expected to see the country come out victorious after free and fair elections on May 6. If not, the party doesn't rule out an extreme situation. On May 7, the day after the elections, "Heritage" Party will hold a rally at Freedom Square with citizens and singers Harut Pambukchyan and Ruben Hakhverdyan.

After his short meeting, Raffi Hovhannisian and citizens waited for bus N 45 and went to Davtashen where he is preparing to hold another meeting.
