On April 24, the Armenian National Congress (HAK) will march to the Tsitsernakaberd memorial in Yerevan to commemorate the victims of the Armenian Genocide.

Before that, the opposition bloc will continue its campaign meetings in Armenian marzes. At the end of today's rally at Yerevan's Liberty Square, HAK member Aram Manukyan announced May 3 as the date for the next rally.

In his speech, HAK leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan said that parliamentary elections are equally important as presidential ones.

If the parliament were not in the pockets of Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan, they would not become presidents. Today our primary task is to take the legislative body out of their pockets and topple the regime," said the HAK leader.
