One candidate is cannibal and the other is a benefactor
Deputy candidate Vardan Vardanyan, who is running at precinct N 7, has reliable information according to which Nikol Pashinyan is fulfilling an order against him. "Nikol Pashinyan is sold to Samvel Alexanyan. They're playing around to show that Nikol Pashinyan is against Samvel Alexanyan, but he is actually against himself."
Vardanyan believes he has a high chance of winning through the majoritarian electoral order. He views Samvel Alexanyan as a candidate that shares his ideas and ahs even offered to debate with him. "We both had serious health problems and that is why we haven't been able to debate."
Even though Alexanyan sometimes takes inadmissible measures against Vardanyan, the latter thinks highly of his opponent. "Samvel Alexanyan has been and still is a big benefactor. He isn't a beast or a cannibal like Nikol Pashinyan."
Non-partisan Vardan Vardanyan is the deputy chief of the Malatia-Sebastia district's staff and says he is running in the elections because he wants to see strong deputies that are dedicated to the nation.
