Who didn’t like the poster?
According to Article 20 (7) of the RA Electoral Code, it is prohibited to rip, tear posters, write on them or damaging them in any way. However, mynews.am's correspondent reports that there are more people who are "unaware" of the law.
There are also people who are "unaware" of other issues. This year election candidates were granted special signs for political advertisements, but according to the "old and nice" tradition, the latter try to "decorate" the walls of apartment buildings and other public buildings.
