“That building is not the ministry’s property”
NA election candidate of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Martun Grigoryan doesn't think it is illegal to place his political advertisement on the building of the territorial division for social security in Gyumri, which is part of the State Social Security Service of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
"That building is not the ministry's property, but somebody. We have signed a contract with that person and have posted the sign," the BHK candidate told "A1+".
Grigoryan informed that there was a bank branch and non-governmental organizations located in that building that have also leased areas.
We remind that according to Article 20 (2) of the RA Electoral Code, it is prohibited to post signs on state buildings or buildings occupied by local self-government bodies, on food products, trade spots and on or inside means of public transportation, regardless of the form of property.
