Jhangiryan presented violations

On April 13, election candidate running through the majoritarian electoral order at precinct N 23, member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Vardan Jhangiaryan had a meeting with U.S. Temporary Charge d'Affaire Bruce Donahue.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the elections, particularly the large-scale flaws in the voters' lists that the pre-electoral headquarters has revealed and some violations that have been committed during the election campaign. Jhangiryan also presented the activities of his headquarters.
On 11 April 2012, Vardan Jhangiryan's pre-electoral headquarters filed an appeal on the demands prescribed by Article 18 of the RA Electoral Code (violations of the order established for pre-electoral propaganda) on the part of "Country of Law" Party (OEK) candidate Karen Botoyan running at precinct 23.
The Precinct Electoral Commission N 23 on 13 April 2012 upheld the appeal and took the decision to provide the candidate who committed the violation three days to fix the error.
