Nalbandyan meets with Co-Chairs
On April 12, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan had a meeting with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Robert Bradtke, Igor Popov, Jacques For and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Anjey Kasprzik in Warsaw.
During the meeting, the sides continued discussions on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution and the implementation of the provisions stated in the Presidents' joint declaration made at the summit held in Sochi in January 2012. In that regard, Edward Nalbandyan touched upon the declarations made by Baku and the steps being taken that directly go against the agreements reached in Sochi.
According to Minister Nalbandyan, Azerbaijan's recent anti-Armenian and racist rhetoric at the highest level is causing harm to the formation of an important, positive atmosphere for the process of negotiations.
