BHK to fight “in a civilized manner”
What does Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) mean when it says the party will "lead a coarse struggle" against shady economy? Who is in the shade? Member of the BHK political council, economist, Head of the Department of Microeconomy and Organizing Entrepreneurial Activities at the Armenian State University of Economics, Mikayel Melkumyan replied:
"Both the big and the small businessmen are in the shade. By saying shady economy, we mean food production and especially those involved in producing items for large consumption. We suggest labeling their products with stamps that look like excise stamps, and the circulation will reveal everything. By saying coarse we don't mean destroying everything, but doing everything in a civilized manner."
